Who will we speak with during planning?
You’ll have monthly calls with your lead wedding planner, who will guide you through every stage of the process. For design, you’ll collaborate directly with our creative team, who will also prepare your floorplans, ensuring your celebration reflects your vision. On the wedding day itself, a dedicated lead producer will be on site to oversee the schedule, manage vendors, and ensure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish.
What happens if we need to reschedule our wedding?
As outlined in our contract, if force majeure requires rescheduling, our agency fee transfers fully to the new date within 12 months. Availability of vendors will be taken into account, but your agreement with us remains unchanged.
How often can we expect communication?
We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours, keeping communication clear and consistent. Monthly calls are included as standard, and during key planning phases we’re happy to schedule additional calls whenever needed.
You’ll have direct access to your lead planner, as well as our wider team who will step in with their expertise on design, logistics, or guest management as needed. Whether it’s a quick check-in, a last-minute detail, or a new idea you’d like to explore, you can reach out to us at any time via email. Many of our couples say it feels like having family by their side, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel: cared for, understood, and completely confident that your wedding is in expert hands. For seamless coordination, we also set up a dedicated WhatsApp group one month before your wedding, giving you instant access to our team for real-time updates and support.

Knowing how meaningful this detail was, we immediately arranged for the artwork to be reprinted in Italy and delivered on time. At Rossini Weddings, our planning fee is based on the scope of your celebration, taking into account the guest count, number of days and linked events, location, and the level of customization you envision. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, which allows us to offer a bespoke service with a dedicated team.
After our first call, we prepare a tailored proposal along with an initial budget plan, giving you clarity and transparency from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, we provide regular updates and refine the budget as your vision evolves, ensuring every decision feels considered and aligned with your priorities. This way, you can feel confident that your wedding is both beautifully designed and carefully managed from start to finish.
Can we work with our own vendors?
